As we all know, small breast size is a concern for many women.
Yes, these days many women lack self esteem and confidence because they feel that the breast size they have is not as sexually attractive as they feel, not as womanly as they want. Women want their breasts to be larger and rounder; they want to feel the confidence that goes with this cleavage.
Size does not matter to the physical function of the breast. Breast size does not effect milk production when breast feeding. Breast size does not effect fertility or breast cancer rates. Size does not dictate how much pain you feel during a mammogram – mammograms hurt for every woman! (ouch!)
What breast size does do is strongly influence a woman’s confidence, self-esteem, and her body image. The American culture glorifies big breasts, and many American women find themselves yearning for a curvier chest and deeper cleavage.
Reasons for breast implants are so personal and so diverse, I cannot begin to discuss them today. What I want to mention is if you feel strongly about having breast implants, do your research.
Get educated on all of the risks and the rewards of this surgery. Find a cosmetic surgeon who specializes in breast augmentation, who is board certified, and who is genuinely interested in giving you factual answers to your questions.

“Fake” is a common word in our vocabularies, and we use it to describe many things, such as designer handbags or sunglasses, but are breast implants really “fake?” After all, as Tom Chiarella said, “They say it like breasts themselves were lies, forgeries.”
There’s nothing fake about breasts with breast implants. One look and you should be able to tell that these very real breasts have been pleasantly enhanced. So what do men think about “enhanced breasts?”
Chiarella says, “Fake is a beautifully complicated word. It starts softly, in almost a whisper … I always laugh when people use the word fake when discussing breast augmentation.”
There is no doubting that men have been staring down the cleavage of women for centuries whether in the latest version of playboy, across the bar at a great looking woman, or on a movie screen. And whether they’ll admit they like a nice “pair,” they aren’t likely to turn the other way when you walk in the room with your enhanced breasts. In fact, few guys would turn the other way just because you had implants.
Mother nature has done a great job of attracting men to women by luring them in with a nice bosom, and it’s highly unlikely that any guy on the planet is enough of a genetic freak that they aren’t going to endorse an enhanced chest, because more really is better.
Now, ladies if you want to find out for yourself, why not do your own experiment before and after you have your breast augmentation surgery? All that can be said is you need to get ready to get noticed with your gorgeous new bust line.
So what do men say about enhance breasts? Drooling may not count as what they said, but it sure tells the story!
